Prior to the session, we will review the tasting goals, preferred styles, and availability to curate a balanced selection suitable for both the guided pairings and the interactive segment.

All alcoholic beverages used during the workshop must be provided by the host. This approach allows full control over brand preferences, budget, and bottle availability, while ensuring full compliance with local regulations regarding alcohol service.

The TasteIST guide will support the whisky-selection process, offer recommendations when needed, and ensure that each chosen expression aligns with the tasting structure and flavor progression designed for the workshop.
